Refund and Returns Policy
General Returns
Refunds can only be issued for items that are defective or broken and in addition, the item must have been returned by the customer and received by us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Get Lit W Kit. All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase through our website. We reserve the right to replace the defective item or refund your purchase at our discretion.
Custom Orders
Custom made and personalized items are non-refundable. We will work to exchange or remake custom items in order to make things right at our discretion.
Consumable Items
Consumable items are non-refundable or returnable. Consumable items are defined as items that are no longer usable after receipt by you, these include but not limited to; soaps, food, bathing products, or personal hygiene products.
Lost, Stolen or Misdirected Parcels
We (Get Lit W Kit) are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected parcels unless the lost or misdirected package is a direct result of us mislabeling your shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses supplied by the purchaser (you). Furthermore, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier the sale is considered complete.
Shipping Returns
If we determine the item must be returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as providing tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Unless you use the required trackable shipping method, we cannot guarantee that we will receive or confirm that we have received your returned item.
